Henry Lynch - Chief Executive Officer

Prior to his appointment at NZACU Henry was at Dorchester Pacific Ltd where he was the Group General Manager Operations responsible for Group Operations including new lending and Chief Executive Officer of Dorchester Life.

Henry has held senior management and executive roles at Westpac Banking Corp, Tower Insurance Ltd and Catalyst Risk Management Ltd where he was CEO.  Henry’s core competencies cover banking, insurance and finance at executive level.

Henry lives in Auckland and his interests include reading, sport and Aikido (a Martial Art) where he is an instructor and holds a fifth degree black belt.
