Golf Classic entry form

The entry fee is $150 per head
This includes:

• Green fee
• Lunch and dinner
• Prizes - every player wins a prize!

Competition format

• Individual Stroke play with Gross, Nett and Stableford per division
• 3 divisions: 0-12/ 13+/ Non-handicappers
• Long drive, nearest the pin, a gambling hole and other great competitions
  These will be announced on the day!
