International Credit Union Day

New Zealand credit unions celebrate International Credit Union Day^® on the third Thursday in October each year. The International Credit Union Day^® brings all people from credit unions worldwide to celebrate their cooperative history and achievements of helping people achieve their dreams and goals.

Each year a theme is developed by the World Council of Credit Unions (WOCCU) and communicated to credit unions worldwide.
